It Is 2 am and You're finding it Hard to sleep even after a Very Long And tiring day? Have you ever been looking in the clock on the bedside table and believing that the time hasn't moved whatsoever? Or you have been getting up like every 3-4 hours and find it difficult to go back to sleep again?

If the response to the majority of the questions is yes, then sadly, you suffering from insomnia. Insomnia is a disease where a person finds it hard to sleep and stay asleep the whole night.

Simple ways you can know if you are suffering from insomnia

You simply can’t get comfortable in any position to sleep.
You wake up several times to use the loo.
You prefer your own bed than going over for sleepovers.
Coffee is what you need throughout the day to function.
You are super tired every day and have stopped feeling weird about it.
You have become a light sleeper.
You have started more make up than before.
You keep checking the clock like every half hour.
Sleeping pills have become your best pal.
Your mind wanders off to check off the to-do lists once your head hits the pillow.
