Operation Forest Sanity troops in Birnin Gwari Area, Kaduna killed two bandits

Kaduna Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan said a gunfight ensued after troops embarked on the clearance patrol along Birnin Gwari-Doka-Sabon Layi-Kuriga-Maganda-Farin Ruwa road.

Two bandits were defeated by the troops that made contact at Farin Ruwa. Others were forced to flee due to the superior firepower of the troops.

Kaduna State Government which received the development with satisfaction, commended the troops for another successful round of operations as clearance and fighting patrols continue in the general area.
