A Nigerian man of God, Pastor Jerry Eze has been recognized and acknowledged by one of the biggest international media outlets, CNN as a prayer warrior and religious leader with strong global influence.

Pastor Jerry launched a prayer program on his YouTube channel during a time of global lockdown (Covid-19).

Around 7am Nigerian Time, Christians around the world felt it was necessary to join Pastor Eze's YouTube channel to see his intense prayer session and to be blessed by it.

CNN reports that Eze's daily broadcasts are among the most watched on YouTube with more than 90,000 views. This is according to Playboard analytics, which compiles data for YouTube channels.

His YouTube channel is second in the world for gospel channels with the highest live viewers, behind Bruno Leonardo from Brazil.

His self-named YouTube channel has over 880,000 subscribers as of this and his broadcasts have more than 122 million views over a three-year period, according to figures from his channel.

Pastor Jerry Eze is a convener of New Season Prophetic prayers and Lead Pastor at Streams of Joy International. His belief that "What God cannot do, does not exist" is what has led to many people sharing their amazing testimony with him via YouTube.

Born in Bende Local Government, Abia State on August 22, 1982, the 40-year-old prayer warrior and preacher was raised by his single mother, a petty trader. His education was funded by a couple who were in love with active participation in church activities in his younger age.

Nigeria is now a country with a successful preacher on YouTube thanks to Pastor Eze's success.
