 Yakubu Chonoko Makyau has been elected 31st president, Nigerian Bar Association. At the end of activities at the 62nd Annual General Conference held at Eko Hotel Victoria Island, Lagos, on Friday August 26, Maikyau was sworn-in by his predecessor, Mr Olumide Takpata. The new president, who commended the previous administration for the huge strides it made at the NBA over the past two years, made a promise to not only continue the laudable achievements of the Akpata administration but also to build on them. |
