In Katsina State, a couple, Muhammad Umar Shamsiyya and Sayyada Shomsiya, both died mysteriously.

Although details of the incident remain sketchy, it was discovered that the couple, who had married last year, was found dead at their home in Unguwar Rahamawa, Katsina metropolis, around 5:00 PM on Friday, August 19, 2022.

Neighbors claimed that the couple was healthy and had been to Friday prayer before they were found dead.

According to Islamic rites, the couple was buried Saturday morning, August 20.
