 Five suspected thieves were paraded by a local vigilante group in Okolobiri, Yenagoa Local Government Area Bayelsa State. Although details of the incident are not clear, a community member claimed that the suspects were trying to steal plaintain from the community's plantation at the weekend. As they paraded through the community, the suspects were required to sing and play drums.  |
