Popular Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw is among the Nollywood stars who look younger than their age.

The 51-Years-Old movie star, Kate recently shared a video of her morning exercise routine, as she exercise greatly and pull/throws heavy objects around.





Indeed the actress is still very active, as the video shows she still has so much energy even at her age, which also stirred reactions from her social media fans.

In the recent post, she captioned it saying, "I am not most people... I start my day with great anticipation, with joy in my heart for the loan of life".

She also stated that she choose exercise because it puts her in an exceptionally great mood, and she feels like she take on the world.

In her words, "I choose exercise because it puts me in an exceptionally great mood... I feel like i can take on the world".

She concluded and said, "Do what works for you... Just choose to start your day on a Positive Note".
