Lucky Ekoemeye, a 40-year-old Nigerian citizen, was arrested in Calangute (Goa) with drugs.

In the early hours of Tuesday, August 2, 2022, the suspect was found with drugs worth Rs. 1.4 lakh.

According to the Times of India, Calangute police carried out a narcotics raid and found Ekoemeye with 14g of MDMA.

Ekoemeye is currently residing at Naikawado in Calangute and has been arrested under the provisions of the NDPS Act.

Anjuna police had previously arrested him and the crime branch, and he was booked under the NDPS Act.
