Nigerian singer Peter Okoye has recently addressed a fraud victim that was defrauded by someone impersonating him.

According to the 40 year old singer and dancer, he referred to the victim as selfish and greedy because he was surprised how the fraudster was able to convince him to pay for a giveaway. He said, “How can someone tell you to send him 7k for you to receive 140k? Does that make any sense? Did the fraudsters put charm/magic in their mouth?”

Peter Okoye made the above statement after the victim who identified himself as Victor Bina on Twitter called mentioned his name in a tweet and asked him to refund his money.

According the tweet, Victor Bina said, “Oga, respect yourself and refund my money. You will not see peace until you send back my money. Don't embarrass yourself because of small change, send me back my money. You are rich and you are collecting from me that is still hustling. You don't have shame, refund my money.”
