Obinna Ogba, senator representing Ebonyi Central Zone has been named the Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party of the state for 2023 by a Court of Appeal.

Punch was informed by Elder Fred Udeogu, chieftain of the PDP, that this development had been confirmed by him. He said that the current turnout will dispel tensions in the party.

Udeogu said; 

“Yes, the Appeal has ruled in favour of Senator Obinna Ogba.


“We thank God for this development, which shows there is still hope for us in this country, with the judiciary. It’s a well-deserved judgement and we give God the Glory.
