Holly Willoughby is angry after learning her picture has been used to promote controversial diet pills.

An advert for ULTRAPur Wild Raspberry Ketone -- a weight loss supplement -- features a picture of the celebrity in a bikini.

A blog post linking to the product also states: “Without a doubt, Holly Willoughby looks as fantastic as ever, and ULTRApur Wild Raspberry Ketone was the key.”

But sources close to the This Morning host insist she has no link to the pills.





A spokesman said: “We’re aware of a number of scam websites using images of Holly, along with other celebrities, to sell weight loss products and are liaising with our lawyers about possible legal action.”

The once curvaceous star, 36, has become noticeably slimmer over recent months, with fans split over the new appearance.

However, Holly looked magnificent as she showed off her toned figure in a rainbow dress on ITV's The Jonathan Ross Show on Friday.



One mum, Louise Hart, 40, saw the raspberry ketone advertisement and hoped that the supplement would get her {in into similar shape.

She Paid £2.50 for a trial supply but was shocked when four payments Totalling £300 were taken from her bank account shortly afterwards.

Louise, from Gloucestershire, said: “Holly looks amazing.



“She’s a working mum with three children like me so I can really relate to her. I wanted to lose some weight.

“But I ended up being scammed and losing out on £300. I never received anything. I’ve tried to get in contact to demand a refund but to no avail. Now I feel silly.”

Raspberry ketone is a natural substance that provides raspberries their strong aroma. It's sold online and in health food stores.

Holly, who prefers not to talk about her diet or workout, was revealed this month as the new face of a Diet Coke advertising campaign.
