Dr. Agbo Major, the national publicity secretary for the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), has updated us on the status of the alliance talks between the party (NNPP) and the Labour Party.

Agbo, in an interview with Daily Trust said that talks are moving smoothly and that Dr. Rabiu Kwankwaso and Peter Obi might accept to be each others' running mates. He doesn't want speculation.

He continued:

"By the time we are done with the discussions, Nigerians will be happy, whichever way it turns out to be."
