Nigerian comic actor popularly known as Okon Lagos has sent an "open letter" to former President, GoodLuck Jonathan a couple of hours ago. He shared this message with his fans on his official Instagram handle.

He wrote: "Rumours have it that Goodluck is being wooed to run for President again. Abeg your Excellency, as tempting as it may, don't. Too much damage is done and there is too little you can do to to fix it in just a term." He used an example of substituting Cristiano Ronaldo at 90+2 minutes in a match where a team is already seven goals down with the hope that he will turn around things.



"Imagine bringing in Ronaldo in 90+2 minutes to turn around the fortunes of a team that is down by 7 nil! What will he do?" The comic actor advised the former president to "duck the bait and remain the legend and hero you are."



Ime Bishop, often called Okon Lagos or Udo Yes, is a Nigerian actor and comedian. Ime Bishop is an Ibibio from Nsit Ibom, Akwa Ibom state in the southern part of Nigeria. He graduated from the University of Uyo where he studied Philosophy. He started his acting career from childhood and he featured in over 100 movies.
