When you think about career success, think about the strategies and behaviors people model at work.

Think about what people do for 9-5 hours and whether they extend those hours by arriving early or staying up late to continue projects.
What do you do when you get home or on the weekend, when you are not at the office or at the computer,

What can you do in your free time to improve your health and life?

Here are five things successful people do in their spare time.

1. Work On Yourself:

We are sure few of us can say that 100% of our time is used exactly the way we want it to. Work, family, and school commitments can result in wasted time working on goals that aren't entirely yours.

When you spend your free time working on yourself, your habits, goals, and projects, this can help gain more energy, and can ultimately make your free time more useful.

2. Games:
Playing Games is also a useful way to boost your mental health.
Playing any game is a challenging mental task that creates a state of flow. Learning and playing can provide a stress-free environment.

3. Exercise:

Exercise keeps you in shape, reduces susceptibility to disease, improves energy perception, increases productivity, and is perfect for overall well-being.
The best part is that there are many ways to do this. Running, riding a bicycle, lifting weights, swimming, rowing, or kickboxing - what you do is not as important as the fact that you do it
