Love they say is a "beautiful thing," finding it is on the other hand a quest enberked by the bravest of hearts.
Growing up as a young lad was fun in the ghetto (or what is in modern day terms known as slum).
When we use to roam the streets chanting happy mames whisking away every the list of our worries and getting dirty in the sand.
Growing up on the other hand dish out to me a different experience as I then started to know the difference between boys and men of which a was fast becoming.
I happen to be a unique character when it comes to the said topic (love) as it will shock you to know that I never knew nor had a girlfriend during my senior secondary days (even as the most senior prefect).

Unlike popular demands when you go hunting for love in my own case it was the "bush meat that caught up with the hunter
It all started when I just graduated from secondary school back then in 2003 being on my trying to focus and sought what the future holds for me when suddenly I was target looked by this heart ruber who went for my jugular when I was just a jjc and a rising star in my then local church as a Drummer boy.
To cut to the chase I now understand why its called first cut is the deepest. Not that you will not fall in love ever after but the innocence and the euphoria it normally comes with makes it ever a moment you take to end of time.
