Before I start by education making one dynamic the term 'education' needs to be notably described.
According to the Oxford advanced learners education can be described as an art of learning,skill aquisition and brainstorming.
Education in today's world is highly Paramount because one who is educated is highly respected, dynamic and influential to the society. One who is educated is one who stands as an autority in any aspect or field of life be it science, art or commercial sector. An educated personnel is one who makes critical decision which is highly beneficial to the society through the use of composition of thoughts, ideas and craftsmanship. For example take a good look at a tailor and a fashion designer. A tailor is a street or local based seemstress why because he or she is not properly educated or uneducated he therefore uses local static ideas in the business and limits the growth of such business whereas a fashion designer is educated and would apply skill, craftsmanship and innovative ideas thereby ensuring the growth of the business. One who is educated can stand out in any given area or place he finds himself because he can speak and represent himself fluently and grammatically whereas an uneducated person hides himself for fear of being laughed at whenever he is called out for a public speech. Education is dynamic because it doesn't just expand our horizon but makes us think outside the box.
