Food is very important in human life for growth and development. I will like to define
food as anything suitable and edible to eat which is the major contribution to human growth and
development.

My favorite food is "yam and egg". yam contain a nutrient called carbohydrate and egg called protein and fat & oil.

The steps involve in preparation of yam.
1. Light your gas or stove.
2. Place a pot with water on it and cover it.
3. Peel the yam and cut it into desire shape.
4. Rinse it with a clean water.
5. Put it into the pot filled with hot water.
6. Leave for some minute before it is done.
7. Serve it.

The steps involve in preparation of fried egg.
1. Crack the egg and pour it in a dish.
2. Add ingredients such as: Maggi, sliced onion,
Sliced pepper, salt in a calculated amount.
3. Mix it together properly.
4. Place a frying pan on a stove or gas and pour
groundnut oil in it.
5. Leave the groundnut oil 30-60 days.
6. Pour the egg in the hot groundnut oil.
7. Leave for few minute before it is done.
8. Serve it.

If you follow the listed steps above, you will
notice that in a twinkling of an eye, you have prepared a delicious yam and egg.
