Nigerian singer who allegedly involved in a credit card fraud in United State of America may still have questions to answer according to the information gathered which stated that, court did not acquit Dammy Krane but merely stated "no action" to enable the prosecutors a window of 180, to introduce stronger proof that will indict Dammy Krane of credit card fraud.

A statement obtained from Mr. Konstantin, Tapjets' Head of airport security and security, reads: "There's a 180-day delay in bringing complete fees. Information from our lawyer suggested that his accomplice, Chukwuebuka Ilochonwu, is providing authorities full cooperation.
So he is not free. Court record says "no action" it doesn't state "not guilty."

Dammy Krane and his label haven't issued any statements towards about the case.
