 Popular Nigerian musician and member of the defunct singing duo ‘P square’ has explained why the just concluded US election affects him. It all started after Peter Okoye took to popular micro blogging platform, Twitter to celebrate Joe Biden’s victory. He tweeted; “Best News in 2020! JOE BIDEN ELECTED 46th PRESIDENT”. The an unimpressed follower replied; “How does Joe Biden wining election affects NIGERIA Economic recession, poverty,high cost of food& living, youth unemployment.Either Trumps or Biden wins imperialism & White SUPREMACISTS wins. US don’t give a sh!t about NIGERIA or AFRICA.There Foreign policy his AFRICA’s resources” Peter replyed him, letting him know that America is his second home; |
