3. Frequent urge to urinate especially at night.



4. Presence of blood in the urine.

Both sugar and salt are strong solvents and are not good for the kidney when you take them too much. Excess sugar intake can lead to diabetes which is one of the risk factors for kidney disease.

2. Excessive intake of alcohol




Alcohol due to the presence of ethanol has the ability to affect the liver and the kidney when you take it too much. Excessive intake of alcohol can increase your chances of developing chronic kidney disease and high blood pressure. It can even lead to liver cirrhosis. 3. Excessive intake of painkillers
