Investing In People Is The Best Investment by Jonna2020(m) : 2:49 pm On Jul 26, 2020

One of my dearest friends that pass away few years ago. He was the chairman of the board and CEO of one of the India’s Largest Corporations. His belief was, I have a responsibility to the people who are working under him, to the people who are working with me and to the society at large .

He became one of the most charitable people in the history of India. He receive the humanitarian of the year Award by the international lions club. Just the year before his mother Teresa got the same award. Interesting are after having received such a prestigious award he didn’t care much about the awards, all he cared for was his service to the people.. at his memorial service there wasn’t much said about his incredible ground breaking economic cooperate contributions to the India people who knew him simply spoke about how he loved and care for them.

At one time his company went through a serious crisis. Many companies in a similar field as his, they all closed down. although he could not pay his senior managers and so many others , still almost all of them staged with him.

They said you cared about us. You cared about us when our times were not good. We care about you too. We will be here with you in this time of crisis.

They worked for practically nothing and in time he brought the company back up to be successful. When we invest in appreciation of people, when we invest in given people a sense of value, we bring out the best in them and ourselves as well, weather it is running a business, raising families or any other area of life.

We should certainly make the best possible plans. But when it comes to people our intelligence should be in connection without hearts. True wealth comes when we invest in people’s well-being to share your care.
