Servings;2
Ingredients:
4 large eggs.
2 -3 fresh tomatoes(sliced/dices)
2 fresh pepper.
3 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Pinch of salt.
Little amount of seasoning for taste.
1 small size of onions.
Direction
Get a clean frying pan, set it on a low heat gas to avoid burnt egg. add your 3tbs vegetable oil, leave for a second to get hot, then add your sliced onions stir it with a frying spoon. Add the freshly sliced tomatoes and stir fry for 5sec, then add the slices pepper to it. Let it steam for about 5sec, add the pinch of salt and seasoning stir together.
Add your already whisked egg to the mixture, and stir well until you get a desire result.
Note;this method is for a scramble egg sauce.
