Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro GOIH ComM is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a forward for Serie A club Juventus and captains the Portugal national team.

He was born on the 5th day of February 1985 which makes him 35 years of age. He's 1.89m tall.

His daily workout schedule is as follows: Daily practice for 3-4 hours assuring a low-fat level (less than 10 percent) Cardio exercises including several running sessions, each lasting for 25-30 minutes. Short-period exercises such as high intensity sprinting drills.


His sprints help balance his foot on the ground to give him the energy need to shoot a ball. His incessant waving of the hands too do much job as it helps spin the ball in exact direction without being down played. Ronaldo does not play free kicks like other players curl it, he prefers the Reberto Carlos style of knuckle ball so with that way it moves with a sweet sense of power and you wouldn't want your hand close to it speak less of your head, I think you know why.


Now to the gym. Ronaldo spends quality time there as he uses both personal and public gyms. He does way many push ups.
