According to report that is going on around the web suggest that Chelsea are heavily link with Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder, Kai Havertz and they are set to launch an official bid to secure his signature in the coming weeks.


The reports suggest that Bayer Leverkusen are demanding £90million from Chelsea FC before he can be allowed to switch to the Stamford Bridge, but the Frank Lampard's side are willing to pay below the amount that Bayer Leverkusen are demanding.
