Literacy is the ability to read, write and understood the content of a particular subject matter in a profession e.g. teaching, fashion designing, farming, blacksmithing etc. Once this is done one have been able to do away with illiteracy. However, this is either acquired through formal and informal education. Therefore, we must all be ready to learn through the wall of classroom or vocational centres or through the internet facilities.
