Weight-loss starts manifesting when you eat lesser calories unlike you do before and also when you eat rightly..
Let's assume you eat 2000 calories everyday, if you want to maintain your present body shape you have to continue eating 2000 calories a day while if you want to add weight then eat more than 2000 calories a day, then if you want to loose weight then eat less than 2000 calories like 20% off your present calories.. Yes as simple as ABC.. Then when you add exercise to it, boom... You will surely get your dream hourly glass shape |
