Is it right for a guy to shout at his spouse in public?

Respect for one spouse, in a relationship it very important to respect each other and also your relationship. For example

A girl's ex came to visit her , without the concept of her husband , although she never invited him, she accepted the visitation .few minutes later her husband came and passed both of them discussing his wife could not even say a welcome greetings to her husband just because she is talking to her ex .is there any respect for the relationship or the man?
