Ingredient:rice, coconut, dry fish, crayfish, maggi seosoning, pepper, shimps(optional)
Preparation
1. You parboil your rice (add a little water when parboiling)
2. You clean your dry fish and shrimps wash them well
3. Crack your coconut , remove the shells, wash it and grind
4. When you are done grinding , sieve the shaft out of the coconut milk
5. Turn the milk into a pot
6. Add your maggi sesoning, pepper, crayfish
7. When it starts boiling you turn in your parboiled rice taste it if the seasoning is not okay add a little more
8. Cover the pot when the water goes(10-20 minutes)if it is done you have whole pot of coconut rice to enjoy but don't forget there is love in sharing
