*Now That There's A Lock Down*.

Dear Sir/Ma,
Many of us have never witness a situation like this before and those that witnessed the Civil War in the 60s didn't have to lock down. The good thing is, man is naturally built to adapt to challenges and changes.

*What To Do During This Period *
1. Choose to survive no matter how long it takes to get over this.

2. Live an offense free life. It's not the time to hold grudges and malice

3. Live peacefully with your wife and children (neighbors) they are your first constituency

4. *Slash the number of times you eat a day. I repeat cut down from 3 to 2 meals a day for you know not how long this lock down will last.

5. Engage in studying spiritual n motivational books with prayers

6. Stop waste!!! Every kobo and little piece of crumb is important at this time.

7. Don't panic. Build your faith in The Lord. This is not the time to beg you to be closer to your CREATOR. It's the best option for you.

Corona virus must cease its scourge

9. Deliberately avoid bad news. Seek good news and stock your soul and spirit with it.

10. Do plenty of exercises so as to keep fit. You can add fruits and veggies too if you can lay your hands on them.
