INTRODUCTION
Ever since human’s discovered the many, powerful uses of herbs and spices, they have been fascinated by their smells, their tastes and their medicinal purposes. “Delicious” is not really the first word that comes to mind when we think of medicinal plants. Most of us probably picture a stingy green drop of some no-doubt powerful herbs and spices or an old smelling tincture of barks or roots. It might be worthwhile to fill them up for the sake of your health, but they certainly are not foods we had choose to eat, given the option of something more appetizing. This is actually a false assumption, though; since spice-which we deliberately add to our food to make it taste better- are some of the most powerful medicinal plants around. Some of the earliest folk remedies in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine involved spices of one kind or another, and as it turns out, the old wives’ tales might actually have a grain of truth to them; spices are powerful medicines, and free from many of the side effects that make prescription medicines so dangerous.
These all-natural therapies have great benefits when they are concentrated in pill form, but even better, some of them actually work even in the small amounts you had ordinarily sprinkle on your food. I hope that the readers will find this book helpful and used it as a guide for a natural remedy to handle some of the ill matters easily.

DEFINITION OF TERMS
Blend: - mix together thoroughly so that the thing mixed cannot be distinguished or separated,
Decoction: - a concentrated liquid resulting from heating or boiling a substance, especially a medicinal preparation made from a plant.
Dilute: - make weaker or thinner by adding water or some other liquid.
Extract: - derive a concentrated preparation of a substance.
Infusion: - put into boiling water e.g., tea leaves.
Maceration: - to make soft by soaking or steeping in a liquid.
Paste: - a soft mixture of flour, fat etc. Used for pies etc.
Peel: - remove the outer covering or skin for (a fruit, vegetable or prawn)
Pulp: - the soft fleshy part of a fruit.
Sap: - the fluid which circulates in the vascular system of a plant, consisting chiefly of water with dissolved sugar and mineral salts.
Slide: - to cut broad part into thin or pieces.
Soak: - to make it wet through drench with water.
Squeeze: - crush, press hard to force out liquid from leave, bark or root of the plant.
CHATER TWO

IS IT A SIN FOR A CHRISTIAN TO TAKE HERBAL MEDICINE?

No, not at all. Rather it’s pleasing to God if you take herbal medicine by thanking God through Lord Jesus Christ.
However, the Bible says in the beginning God created these entire universe, this earth and God especially emphasized the creation of greenish plants/Herbs is for man use (read Gen: 1: 11, 29, 30). Also God evaluated all these herbs are good for man (Gen 1:31). Therefore, if you take some of these plants/ herbs for the goodness/well-being of you or others it is pleasing to God as it serves the purpose and will of God.
It will be effective if you use it prayerfully with thanking God for giving you the herbs, it is right. And God will be the one to do the healing through your faith in Jesus name.
All true healing comes from God the father. He has provided healing medicine and knowledgeable people to works as His hands and feet but our faith should ultimately rest in His sovereignty. This is a concept that was made real to me as I begin to use herbs to cure many people.
However; not yet the answer to the above questions. There is a practice of involving some magical words/incantations into herbal medicine as some people use to carry out. I have seen this practice in some of our community. It is utterly sinful and curse to you on two grounds.
First of all, by this you are letting the devils evil impact enter into God gifted herbal medicine.
Secondly, you are attributing a blessing of God creation to God enemy. (Satan) So, do not do that instead consume the herbal medicine with praise in the name of the Lord Jesus as I instructed above. Also, ensure that the herbal medicine you use is not spiritually contaminated by the warned devilish practice by some others in secrets. So my suggestion is pluck directly these herbs by you and use it or accept only from reliable people.
My goal in writing this series is to help others see that God has provided herbs as a blessing to man and not only, they a permissible form of medicine for Christians, They are often a preferred form of medicine. Those who consult ritual should know that it is sinful act to combine herbs and blood sacrifice and much other presentation of animals etc. All you need is to repent and deny the act of idolatry. But use any herbs in a Biblical concept. God will bless your medicine.

8. Spices are prepared for embalming the body of our lord Jesus. Mark 16:1, Luke 23:56, 24:1, John 19:39-40.
You can now see that if you are using spices for your cooking and treatment you are enjoying God’s blessing and you will reap the health benefits abundantly.
According to health scientist spices contain n abundance of phenol-nutrients which help to disarm free radicals that can damage cells causing illness and aging spices also contain large concentration of volatile oils which supply their pungent aroma. Enjoy them always.

Blood Eating Lifestyle And History

“Diet” is one of the most important factors in maintaining weight and health lifestyle. But for some people, no matter how stickily you adhere to a diet, those pounds won’t come off. It was this conundrum which led one physician to conceive of the idea of a blood type diet, under the assumption that our bodies process food differently based on our divergent blood types.
According to Naturopath Peter J.Adamo theory claims that “the foods you eat react chemically with your blood type. If you follow a diet designed for your blood type, your body will digest food more efficiently. You will lose weight have more energy, and help prevent diseases.”
He furthered recommends these food for each type:-
 Type O Blood:- a high protein diet heavy on lean meat, poultry, fish and vegetables and light on grains, beans and dairy
 Type A Blood:- a meat-free diet based on fruit and vegetables, beans and legumes and whole grains. Ideally, organic and fresh.
 Type B Blood:- avoid corn, wheat, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts, and sesame seeds, chicken is also problematic.
He encourages eating green vegetables, eggs, certain meats, and low-fat dairy.
 Type AB Blood:- food to focus on include tofu, seafood, dairy and green vegetables. He says people with type AB blood tend to have low stomach acid. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and smoked or cured meats.
However; if you don’t already know your blood type, you will need to find that out. The results will determine exactly what you need to do.
Depending on your blood type, you may need to severely restrict the foods you eat.
Your blood type will determine your shopping list and your choices when eating out.

For STRENGHT: get 7up mineral or sprite mineral, mix with one teaspoon of salt, a tin of milk. Do it at least 2 times for the day, for immediate strength and energy.
[27] DANDRUFF FREE;
