According to the English dictionary, "dating is a form of romantic courtship typically between two individuals with the aim of assessing the others suitability as a partner in an intimate relationship or as a spouse".
In this our generation, many young people seem not to understand the true meaning of dating. They see it as a platform for s*x and smooching, going out, partying, clubbing etc. I'm not trying to condemn partying and stuffs like that, but I'm only trying to let people know the real meaning of what they're getting into.
Now, what are the common mistakes people make while dating. I'll start with ...
SEX: s*x is meant to be between married couples. The Bible and quaran condemns s*x before marriage. Although some have s*x with their unmarried partners out of ignorance... Ignorance in the sense that they feel s*x is obligatory in any relationshop, some people ( common among boys) go as far as confusing their partners into having s*x with them, threatening to end the relationship if the partner disagrees.....
Wow, interesting I see. Now my piece of advice, for young people is this; never get into a relationship that requires s*x for it to last. No amount of sex, no style of s*x and the likes of it will make your partner love you more.
Sex cannot stop a cheating partner from cheating
Sex doesn't prove how much you love your partner, or how far it can take your relationship.
Never allow yourself to be forced into sex. The aftermath of it can be very dangerous especially with females. You're likely to get pregnant, or contact. STDs .
Don't ever think s*x is a way to prove your love for your man. The man will only take advantage of the opportunity to explore you, simple. I've seen cases where the man developed serial hatred for the woman after using her.
Dating should be free and fair....lol
But on a serious note, dating should be transparent
It should be something the two parties agree on before starting it.
It should never be forced or involve threatenings .
