In making white paint, materials needed are;
1. Calcium carbonate (whitish powder)
2. Acrylic PVA
3. Natrosol
4. Titanium oxide
5. Genepor
6.Ammonia
7.silicated
8.Texanol
9.formaline
10.kaolin .
PROCEDURES
For making a 25litres of white paint the procedures are as follows;
1. Pour 12.5litres of in mixing drum
2. Add 1/2kg of titanium into the water n mix evenly
3. Add 1/2kg of kaolin into the mixture n mix well
4. Pour 13kg of calcium carbonate into mixture n stir well evenly
5. Mix your natrosol with little water n pour into the mixture. At least 1 cup of natrosol
6. Pour 2kg of acrylic PVA into the mixture n stir well
7. Add ammonia and genepor into the mixture n mix it well
8. Then add texanol of any quantity to make your paint shine
