Enedina Vance from Fostoria, Ohio has received death threats after posting an image of her baby’s pierced cheek on Facebook. Her post was shared over 12,000 times with promises to report her to child services left in the comment section. The mother responded to the threats by saying “I’m the parent, she is MY CHILD, I will do whatever I want! I make all of her decisions until she’s 18, I made her I own her!”



While shocked Facebook users continued to threaten Enedina’s life and take her children away with each share, Enedina looked on with a secret. The mother of six had actually doctored the image to make a point about the circumcision of baby boys.

She wrote, “It’s ironic that people were ready to bear me to death over my excuses for piercing my baby, but then they used the same EXACT excuse to justify cutting their baby.”
