Fatoyinbo made the announcement to members during church service as protesters gathered in front of the church in Abuja, calling on him to step aside following allegations that he raped Busola Dakola, wife of singer Timi Dakola, when she was a teenager.

It was learned that Fatoyinbo said that the cancellation followed consultation with his spiritual leaders and church elders.

He said they had asked him not to put special guests through the risk of protests against him.

This news medium gathered that Pastor John Hannah, Pastor Korede Komaiya and Prophet Gideon Danso had been invited to this year’s COZA7DG programme.

Busola, during an interview with YNaija, alleged that the clergyman raped her twice in Ilorin, Kwara state.

But the clergyman has denied the allegation, saying that he has never raped anyone in his life.
