Social media was thrown into huge debate after photos of 27-year-old Kenyan footballer, Joash Onyango, training with the National team ahead of 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt went viral
Joash Abong’o Onyango is a footballer who plays as a defender for Gor Mahia and the Kenya national team. He was born on the 31st of January, 1992. He was considered one of the best all time player of his secondary school football tournament in Kakamega.
Onyango has been named in Kenya’s national team squad as a top defender to play in African Cup of Nations (AFCON 2019) in Egypt.
The question is that, is he really 27?
