Physical appearance can turn into a big confidence setback, so keeping the exterior healthy and on point is crucial for many people.

It is not just about the beauty of your physical body, it is about maintaining the energetic, youthful and beyond healthy lifestyle. Hair plays a significant role in this process, and if left untreated, it can indicate and lead to serious health issues.

Hair loss, weak locks or the basic structure of the hair can be easily fixed by following four main Indian suggestions that are bound to restore your hair’s former glory.

Chemical-free and truly beneficial, these tips will help you love yourself in the mirror once more!

Aloe Vera Gel

According to Indian research, Aloe Vera works wonders for your hair and this gel has been used for centuries back to treat various hair issues.

It is a known fact that the Aloe Vera gel contains more than 20 vitamins, such as A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C and E.

The hair is directly dependent on the vitamin intake, so this gel is a little miracle worker in the field. Vitamins enable the hair to grow, remain strong and shiny and become more resistant to outer influences.

Aloe Vera boosts the scalp circulation, while its main compounds, polysaccharides and glycoproteins, encourage the growth of new hair follicles. This is an excellent treatment for sudden baldness caused by stress or poor dieting.

To get the best of this remedy, slice an Aloe Vera leaf in half and collect the gel from within it. Blend the gel well and massage it into your scalp for best results.

Cold Water Hair Rinse

Well renowned author Trina Remedios from the India Times suggests cold water fixes all hair problems. Hot water usually damages the hair and scalp to a large extent, and prevents new follicles from growing. By using cold water rinse, you will get rid of all toxins, scalp and hair oils and manage to restore your hair’s beauty. By doing so, the main nutrients the scalp has received will remain intact.

Egg Mask

Former Miss India shared this trick with the world, and people loved it. Eggs are highly beneficial for the hair, because they possess a great level of protein, keeping the hair healthy and vivid.

To make a proper egg mask, use two fresh and organic eggs and some probiotic yogurt. Yoghurt is recommended because it heals the hair locks and can improve the volume issues you might be experiencing.

First, crack eggs in a bowl. In case you are suffering from oily hair, separate yolks from whites and go for the whites only. Otherwise, use whole eggs.

Add four tablespoons of yoghurt in the bowl and mix until texture evens out. Apply mask directly on hair and let it sit for 20 minutes. Finally, rinse well with cold water.

Essential Oils

Essential oils have gained plenty of popularity when it comes to healthy living, and they can also help with hair issues. As per the Indian Spot, carrot, chamomile, tea tree and cypress oil are your best choice.

To get better effects, you can prepare a combination of some or all of the aforementioned oils.

- All you need to do is mix the essential oils along with olive or coconut oil, which serve as base.

- To get best mixture, combine 6 drops of your essential oil for every ounce of base oil.

- Massage your scalp and hair with this treatment and let it act for 20-30 minutes. Wash hair with cold water and there you have it!
