Our body constantly sends us signs that reflect our state of health. Some signs may seem trivial, such as a constant feeling of fatigue when in reality they can reveal major disturbances.

Knowing how to detect these signs would make it possible to assess the state of health and thus prevent the appearance of diseases. In this article we share with you the signs to know to detect a heart attack upstream.

But just a heart attack, what is it?

It would be about 4 million people who would succumb to vascular diseases every year in Europe. The heart attack where what is also called infarction is the consequence of the stoppage of the blood circulation in the arteries of the heart. When the heart muscle does not receive enough blood it is then deprived of oxygen and eventually dies.

This can also occur when there is a blood clot or an overflow of fat in the walls of the arteries.
Here are the signs to know to be able to detect a heart attack:
1. A feeling of pressure in the chest

If you experience chest pressure this may be a sign of a heart attack. This type of pain can increase sharply and spread in certain parts of the body such as the left arm, jaw shoulder or jaw.
2. Constant vertigo

It is possible to feel dizziness occasionally without it being important. When these are accompanied by migraines, cold sweats this can mean that the blood circulates badly in the body. It will be important to consult a specialist promptly.
3. Cold or flu-like symptoms

Cold or flu are not really serious disorders however when they are persistent this can mean that the immune system is weakened and that it can not fight against this type of disorder. This means that your body is occupied elsewhere which requires a visit to the doctor.
4. Feeling constantly tired

It is normal to feel tired after a short night or physical exertion however when fatigue occurs for no apparent reason this may mean that there is a decrease in blood flow.
5. Feeling constantly out of breath

You have not actually made any effort and yet you feel breathless this may result from poor blood circulation and would mean that the lungs would not get enough oxygen. Consult a doctor promptly to detect the disorder.
6. Feeling physically weak

A feeling of weakness in the body may be the heart attack. This results from the fact that the arteries will contract and shrink which can lead to a decrease in the blood circulation as well as a weakening of the muscles in general.
What causes as well as factors that may increase the risk of getting a heart attack?

Here is the list of factors that leave room for the heart attack:

hypercholesterolemia
High blood pressure
Food (fast food and processed food)
Psycho-social disorders (stress and depression)
A history of heart attack
Physical inactivity and lack of physical exercise
Diabetes
High blood pressure
