University Of Technology, CRUTECH's Student, Kidnapped

A 200 level student of the Cross River University of Technology, CRUTECH has been allegedly abducted by unknown gunmen, It was reported that the student called Kisha Emmanuel Adah from the department of Civil Engineering was kidnapped by his abductors on Tuesday after being trailed by a cab at the University gate in Calabar, the state capital.

Based on the report, it was gathered that the young student was trailed in an outing he participate in with two buddies.

One of his friends,said,"Emmanuel was abducted at the taxi he chatered while on his way back from school", while some other who pleaded anonymity said,"he came as far from the school gate before he had been abducted".

The kidnappers, based on reports - have demanded a sum of fifteen million Naira (N15, 000,000) as ransom for his release.
