It's very important that everyone, just as we go about daily directing our businesses; must make conscions efforts at managing our health. Many have died out of carelessness because they failed to take proper care of those little ailments or health issues when they are noticed, which eventually got a stage where it could no longer be managed. Hello everyone
With the latest trends in the country right now, the unidentified outbreak in benue state, the lasa fever virus that is ravaging lives in the country, the COVID-19 (CoronaVirus 2019) which has taken thousands of lives around the world and particularly in Wuhan China, we are all expected to be on the alert and take our health seriously. We can't be careless with our lives and that of our children. Mind you, the control measures and the emmergency response plan put in place by the Fed. and State governments with her agencies(NCDC, FMOH, NMA,NRI etc...) may not be enough to prevent the virus from coming into the country as we have already heard of a reported case in Lagos. But, we all can pray to God for protection, take care of what we eat, where we go, vehicles we board, social gatherings where find ourselves and also maintain good hygiene. *DID YOU KNOW?* CoronaVirus spreads faster in the body when we have cases of untreated or mistreated sicknesses in our system especially among the aged/elderly.
