DICE AILES CALLS OUT SONY MUSIC OVER HIS SONG by Vannistanni(m) : 11:33 am On Mar 06

Dice Ailes calls out Sony Music over his song

Nigerian singer, Shasha Damilola Alesh, popularly known as Dice Ailes, has called out Sony Music for “frustrating the circulation” of his music.

The singer explained that he had a longstanding business relationship with Sony Music but both parties mutually agreed to terminate the contract when progress stagnated.

However, he alleged that the record label is frustrating the circulation of his music.

He said, “I have been in business with Sony Music for years and sometime last year, we mutually agreed to terminate the contract because progress was stagnated and also we didn’t get the kind of investments we were expecting.

“Unfortunately, we still have some restrictions from that deal that are affecting the flow of things, our marking processes, and investments for my company. I was just really tired.

“The fans have been clamoring for new music from me for so long. And 2024 is just so important to me, for the fans to get the best of me. So out of frustration, I had to go on social media to call out Sony Music.”

Re: Mr Ibu wouldn’t have passed away if Jasmine was still there – Doris Ogala by Vannistanni(m) : 11:58 am On Mar 06

ayodeji11:

Actress Doris Ogala has shared her perspective on the passing of Mr. Ibu, suggesting that his adopted daughter's presence could have prevented his demise and criticizing others for prioritizing his wealth.

The veteran comic actor reportedly passed away in the hospital following a heart attack.

Expressing her grief on Instagram, Doris Ogala lamented Mr. Ibu's death and suggested that if his adopted daughter, Jasmine, had been by his side in the hospital, he might still be alive.

She criticized individuals who she believes were solely interested in his money and neglected his well-being during his final days.

She wrote:

“HONESTLY IM BROKEN. .IF JASMINE WAS STILL THERE IBU WOULD NOT DIE.. I CAN TELL YOU THIS FOR FREE.

MY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE

THIS PEOPLE PLAYED WITH IBU’s LIFE.

THEY WHERE AFTER MONEY AND DID NOT CARE FOR HIM.

YOU PEOPLE NEVER SHOWED HIM REAL LOVE.

MAD PEOPLE AROUND HIM.

THE ONLY PERSON THAT SHOWED MR IBU TRUE LOVE WAS JASMINE.

I DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS ABOUT HER..SAW THROUGH ALL OF THEM.

Re: Gunmen kill four policemen, two others in Ebonyi by Vannistanni(m) : 10:29 am On Mar 10

[quote=sundaysamuel381]

A gang of gunmen killed no fewer than four police officers in Ebonyi State in the wee hours of Friday.

The incident took place at the popular Ebyia Bridge Checkpoint along Hill-Top Road, Abakaliki, around 5 am on Friday.

Also killed were two ladies who were caught in the gunfight.

PUNCH Metro reports that gunmen had reportedly attacked and killed many security operatives in the state recently.

A resident, who pleaded anonymity, told our correspondent that the assailants were allegedly returning from an operation when they opened fire on the officers.

The source said, “My dear our area has become a hit zone for hoodlums. Just this morning, we heard another incident in which some policemen were killed by suspected armed robbers at Hill-Top Road near the gas station.

“And you know that a similar incident happened at the same spot last year where some police officers were also killed by an armed gang.

“Some of the slain officers in last year’s attack are yet to be buried; and now another six policemen have lost their lives in the same manner, including two girls just this morning.

“Those two ladies were said to be girlfriends of the slain officers; while some claimed that they were prostitutes who were returning home this morning.”

The Ebonyi State Police Command confirmed the incident, but however, acknowledged that four, instead of five of its operatives were killed.

The Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ukandu Joshua, said this in a statement on Friday.

Re: NSCDC reunites missing 13-year-old Anambra boy with family by Vannistanni(m) : 10:31 am On Mar 10

sundaysamuel381:

The Anambra State Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has reunited a 13-year-old boy, Goodluck Onwe, with his family after he went missing in Ebonyi State.

The teenager was said to have been seen wandering on the streets of Abakaliki in Ebonyi State before he was rescued on February 4, 2024, at about 1 pm by the NSCDC in Ebonyi.

This was disclosed in a press statement issued by the Anambra State Public Relations Officer of the agency, Okadigbo Edwin, on Friday.

Edwin said an investigation revealed that the said boy lived with a relative in Abakaliki but ran away from home with the intent to return to his parents in Aguleri, Anambra State.

He said, “Subsequently, the NSCDC, Anambra State Command, was contacted by the Ebonyi State Command to trace the origin and parents of the child.

“In response, the command made a frantic effort to locate his parents for identification and collection. After a detailed verification process, the boy has been handed over to Onwe Sabastine, his father.”
