There are things every man should be careful of when doing, especially things that have to do with a negative lifestyle and wrong dieting. These two things are the major cause of death among men, most men know of how dangerous these things are but they prefer keeping a deaf ear, but when the effect strikes they start looking for someone to help them.



There are things you do as a man that kill you slowly, by damaging your body cells and organs little by little. You may not know that the things you do are gradually damaging your body system because, at the initial stage, you may experience no symptoms or any signs of serious illness but when it starts getting to its advanced stage, you will start noticing its signs and symptoms.
