CITIZEN CARE LESSON FOR Gov Nyesom Ezenwo Wike - CON IN OGUN STATE by Okpara(m) : 7:18 pm On Feb 26, 2020

CITIZEN CARE LESSON FOR Gov Nyesom Ezenwo Wike - CON IN OGUN STATE

A footballer was allegedly pushed out from a car by men of the SARS last wewk in Ogun State, the people protested and Governor Dapo Abiodun got involved. Today the policeman who committed this has been arrested, dismissed and is facing trial. Governor Dapo led a DIG to pay condolence visit to his family.

In Rivers State, Chima, for over two months a mechanic was alleged to have been brutally murdered by members of the E-Crack squad in the state while being tortured. The people especially Ikoku traders, Ohaneze Ndigbo in Rivers State, The civil society, media etc have protested but Governor Wike nor any Rivers State government official has made a comment on this matter. To make matters worst, the police after refusing to release his body and lying over the cause of his death is now saying they want to carryout a forensic examination of an autopsy carried out by representatives of all the parties.

Governor Wike and the IGP's silence over the murder of Chima whose wife is in her 9th month pregnancy is condemnable and insensitive of them. It shows there are different laws for different citizens. I am disappointed by the quietness of these duo, it's very shameful.

As citizens let's please continue to share this post until the IGP and Governor Nyesom Wike reacts and investigate the murder of Chima and get justice for him.

Remember it's Chima today, it could be you tomorrow.

I hail Governor Dapo Abiodun, for seeking justice for his subject.

#Justice for Chima and the Ikoku 5

The truth about this Coronavirus may not have been told by Okpara(m) : 7:32 pm On Feb 26, 2020

Coronavirus is getting out of control. Deaths and infections are rising seriously. The Deputy Health Minister of Iran just tested positive to the virus. The thing is hitting more countries.

The truth about this Coronavirus may not have been told. I suspect all these countries testing weapons of mass destruction. I don't think it has anything to do with the food the Chinese eat. After all, we eat dogs, monkeys and bats here.

Pray for Nigeria

Supreme Court Dismisses Lyon And APC’s Application by Okpara(m) : 2:40 am On Feb 27, 2020

Supreme Court Dismisses Lyon And APC’s Application Because Supreme Judgments Are Final

The Supreme Court has dismissed an application for review of the judgment which sacked the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa state, David Lyon and his deputy, Senator Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo.

According to Justice Amina Augie who read the judgment on Wednesday, the application lacked merit and the decisions of the court are final.

She added that the applicants failed to point out errors, stating that the judgment is final for all ages.

The apex court judge said the judgment is final in the ‘real sense’ and no court on earth can review the judgment.

“There must be an end to litigation even if we review this judgment, every disaffected litigant will bring similar applications and the finality of Supreme Court judgments will be lost.”

She added that the applications are frivolous and vexatious, and awarded the cost of N10 million against the applicants to be personally paid by their counsel.

Justice Augie added that the counsels of the APC and Mr Lyon are to each pay Governor Douye Diri, his deputy Mr Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo and the PDP the same N10 million.

Drama As Doctor Hired for Autopsy Refuses to Give Result to Family by Okpara(m) : 8:23 pm On Feb 28, 2020

Drama As Doctor Hired for Autopssy By Chima's Family Refuses to Give Result to Family.

It is no longer news that a man known as Chima was detained and later died in Rivers State Mile 1 (E-CRACK) police custody, the police later gave the result of his autopsy as high level of sugar, but the is a new development as the family hired a specialist for the autopsy.

After his body was recovered, his family observing the corps declared no need for autopsy as cuts and injuries can be visibly seen on his body,

Mr Ikwunado the father of the deceased, who broke down in tears after seeing his son’s remains, said in Pidgin English, “See as them butcher Chima as them they take butcher meat. Inside Chima. see black blood whey they for him body just congest.

“The blood congest as them they torture him, no way for the blood to rush out unless like knife when them they take butcher him leg and hand,” he stated.

In another news, it was learnt that the doctor who was hired by the family is yet to hand over the autopsy result to the family of which the reason for the delay is not known, this has not gone down very well with the public as some are already saying the police is trying to cause delay to have enough time to alter the autopsy or twist the whole issue, others are saying the system is not working as the real team that was involved in his death is yet to be prosecuted.

This whole case is taking another dimension. We hope justice is served at last. What is you view on this issue?
