Then wait for him/ her to talk.If they ask you why did you leave your fornal employment..Just smile then tell them you are looking for a prospective organization where you can exercise your skills and get improved as the organization grows.Lastly when they say they will call you hopefully or they say you can go..Just tell them Ok sir thank you and stand up and walk up to the door..When you get to the gate greet the gateman smillingly and go your way...From all these you have left a positive impressions with the interviewer that of a truth he or she has met with a great mind that can be usefel if permited....wait for the next writeup on this.Thanks
