Drivers should be examined by a psychologist employed by transport companies,private individuals, government etc and certified their mental health before embarking on any journey.
This will reduce casualties on our roads, recklessness, premature death and highly temperamental drivers.
Most drivers are under the influence of alcohol,drugs, psychological/emotional trauma and terget meeting.
If cognisance/attention is given in this direction,road accidents/premature death will drastically reduce to the nearest minimum.
