Ingredient:rice, coconut, dry fish, crayfish, maggi seosoning, pepper, shimps(optional)
Preparation
1. You parboil your rice (add a little water when parboiling)
2. You clean your dry fish and shrimps wash them well
3. Crack your coconut , remove the shells, wash it and grind
4. When you are done grinding , sieve the shaft out of the coconut milk
5. Turn the milk into a pot
6. Add your maggi sesoning, pepper, crayfish
7. When it starts boiling you turn in your parboiled rice taste it if the seasoning is not okay add a little more
8. Cover the pot when the water goes(10-20 minutes)if it is done you have whole pot of coconut rice to enjoy but don't forget there is love in sharing

Ingredient:beans, fresh pepper(shombo or tatashe), maggi sesoning, shrimps, onions, fish or egg, veg.oil, crayfish
Preparation
1.select the beans , wash it and grind with the pepper and onions
2. When you are done grinding fry the hot oil and turn it into the mixture stir it add your cooked fish or egg , shrimps , maggi sesoning and the cray fish stir very well
3. If you can't find the moi moi leaf (nkong) yoi can use a transparent nylon to put the mixture tie it put it in a boiling water cover the pot , from time to time check the pot if the water drys out add another until the moi moi is ready
(Note : the fish you are to put inside the moi moi should be cut into tiny pieces)
