If your muscles are still sore after 48 hours, try warming up. This can stimulate blood flow to your muscles to relieve tension and help them feel better.

Try a warm towel or heating pad. But be careful. Heat comes with lots of red flags. This can lead to burns, along with additional inflammation of the muscles. Avoid direct contact with heaters.

2. Practice Good Sleep Habits:
Sufficient sleep is important to relieve pain and speed healing. Practice habits that will help you get a good night sleep.
For example, make your bedroom peaceful and dark, turn off electronics in the bedroom, and set a regular sleep and wake schedule.

3. Stretch, Stretch, Stretch:
After a hard workout, stretch your muscles for about 10 minutes to avoid muscle soreness.
