On our recently compiled list of richest rappers in Ngerai, Olamide was at the first spot, on this one right now, he is also securing the number one position for 2017 ranking. His full name is Olamide Adedeji and he is the richest rapper in Nigeria for 2017 . Apart form being the richest rapper in Nigeria today, he is also the street favorite , this young man is undeniably the most hardworking, gifted, talented, fastest, richest and best rapper in Nigeria also have at the back of your mind that this judgement is unquestionable because everybody will always agree to this spot given to the rap king.

Olamide Adedeji is a multiple-award winning rapper , born March 15, 1989 and grew up in Bariga area of Lagos state, Nigeria. Last year, MTV Base crowned him “ The hottest rapper in Nigeria 2016”. He has several albums to his name , a record that no other Nigerian rapper has been able to break.


2. M.I


It will depict disrespect if i didn't crown M.I Abaga the second best rapper in Nigeria and the reason is that, M.I Abaga, A.K.A Chairman has prove himself beyond reasonable doubt that he is equal to the task . The problem we have with him is that he has been missing in action for some years now. We are not using past glory to rank people here but sometimes there is an exception to the law and that is what we just did right here.

The simple truth is that M.I Abaga is one of the most respected rappers in Nigeria and his last album titled Chairman was one the best album of the year 2015. Please duff your cap whenever you hear the name M.I Abaga.

The third rapper on the queue is Phyno Obago . This young man started as a producer but later changed his mind and move over to rap . He raps in Igbo language, good English and Pidgin English which makes his joint very unique. This young man is the best rapper from the eastern part of the country. He has released hits upon hits and has also worked with several big meat in the entertainment industry.

Phyno is also a Brand GLO Ambassador which gets him millions of money. He loves to work with Olamide because they work cool together and they have also released a joint album together titled it Two Kings.


4. Reminisce


The number fourth best rapper in Nigeria is Reminisce. He is currently enjoying his best moments of his career as his fan base keeps increasing everyday. His productions are very cool which is a clear indication that he has come to stay. Reminisce is just like Olamide because he raps in Yoruba language. This rapper has worked with host of other rappers over the years including Chinko Ekun, Ola Dips, CDQ, Lil Kesh just to mention a few.


5. Illbiss


He is not just one of the best rappers in Nigeria , he is also one of the most educated as well. He really deserves this spot given to him perhaps he might move upward soon. Illbiss is cool when it comes to rapping in good English and Igbo Language in fact he has been around for decades. He has succeeded in releasing three albums and we are still expecting more from him.

His latest hit single where he featured Runtown is currently running the town right now . Illbliss Oga Boss is a murderer while on the mic, he flows like hungry lion .
