Nollywood celebrity and veteran comic actor, Moses Olaiya , alias Baba Sala as broadly understood has now seek the financial aid of well - meaning Nigerians to allow him to care for a stroke . Baba Sala , who talked with difficulty , at his briefing noted.

 “ I need help , Nigerians should help me. I am not dead yet , they should not let me die suffering . ” He said this looking frail and breathed with difficult at the event. The 80 years old man was supported by two man and his family to the venue, one of his wives , Funmi , said the Baba sala was not suffering from old age but lack of funds for medical treatment.

One of the family member, Named collins said “ We have been told that baba needs a lot of money for medical treatment abroad. He is suffering from a stroke and other ailments. There are many people of his age who are not like this. We are trying our best as family members . We take him to the teaching hospital weekly but he needs proper medical attention. ” He added Baba had so many investments but all was down due to mismanagement,He has three buildings in mushin Lagos but all has been sold for various reasons,Also hotel and studios.
