Unidentified gunmen invaded a branch of Diamond Bank in Owerri, Imo state, the hoodlums in their numbers reportedly assaulted the bank with highly sophisticated weapons in this morning and they made out with a massive sum of money leaving some person(s) injured.

The ever busy Douglas street branch which is located opposite "AMA AWUSA" market became markedly scanty due to the scenario, the business activities at the branch were equally grounded.

In accordance with ‎ ‎Prince Micheal Chika‎, few minutes later, the authorities operatives came the scene.
