One Ezeja Joseph Chukwuemeka was arraigne before the EFCC, Enugu Zonal office earlier on Wednesday, 18th October, before Hon. Justice. I. B Gafai of this Federal High Court Awka, Anambra State on a single count charge bordering on Obtaining the amount of N750, 000.00 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) under false pretence against section 1(1) (a) of this Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related offences Act N0 14 of 2006 And punishable under Section 1(3) of the identical Act.

In a bizarre case of twisted fate, Ezeja Joseph Chukwuemeka, that had hitherto been a complainant from the petitioner is presently facing trial for allegedly obtaining funds in precisely the exact same man he'd accused with a guarantee to thwart the ongoing investigation against him.

He was finally remanded in prison custody pending the ending of his bond application and the case adjourned into 7th December, 2017.
